“Our MBA will produce highly skilled thought leaders to their respective business communities, rich in dynamic problem-solving skills needed to lead organizations.”

Dr. James “Jim” Loughran
Director of the SHU MBA Program

Earn your Master’s Degree from Siena Heights University.

The M.S.N. to M.B.A. program allows M.S.N. students to substitute three M.B.A. courses with comparable M.S.N. courses.

The Capstone course will encapsulate the learning outcomes of the entire MBA curriculum. Students will create actual business plans or proposals that integrate the key learning from the MBA courses. These plans or proposals will focus on the students’ workplace or a future venture. An emphasis will be placed on the implementation of the Dominican values of being more competent, purposeful, and ethical.
