Siena Heights University offers a totally online Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree. The MSN Nursing Leadership program focuses on preparing nurses for leadership positions across the spectrum of health care and is designed to develop strategic and creative thinkers who employ a wide variety of innovative strategies to improve processes, outcomes, and quality of care through the adoption of leadership roles in a multitude of health care settings.
