SHU Health Services is committed to taking special care of students by providing quality, accessible, and comprehensive medical care; also offering collaborative health services that enhances and ministers to the physical, emotional, and psychological well being of our students. By providing these services, the health clinic helps students maintain their health so they can achieve their educational goals.
Marlene Waldvogel is the director of Health Services. Marlene is a Registered Nurse.
The health clinic is available to all students and offers primary medical care to include "sick" or acute visits, preventive care, immunizations (influenza), routine visits, health counseling and referrals to outside providers. Clinic visits, as well as most treatment options are free of charge for students.
STUDENT HEALTH 101
Student Health 101 is designed to engage both students and parents on these health issues — and more. The program is designed to provide Siena Heights University students with a comprehensive resource that enhances their own health education efforts.
