Diplomas & Transcripts
As Siena Heights University approaches its closing date, we encourage you to request any replacement diplomas or official transcripts as soon as possible.
Ordering your documents directly through the Siena Heights’ Registrar’s Office now will ensure the fastest processing time. Once records are transferred to a third-party provider, retrieval will take significantly longer and may involve additional steps. All contact information for the Registrar’s Office is at the end of the page.
Official Transcripts
The quickest and most convenient option is to order electronically through Parchment. Students who request their transcripts through Parchment must download the official transcripts within 30 days of receiving the downloaded file from Parchment. Please note any students who attended prior to 1992 must request official transcripts through the official transcript request form and cannot utilize parchment. If you prefer a physical copy, you may complete the transcript request form and return it to the Registrar’s Office.
The final day SHU will process transcript requests is May 31, 2026. After that date, all transcript orders must be placed through the third-party provider.
Replacement Diplomas
To request a replacement diploma, submit your completed diploma request form to the Registrar’s Office along with the $50 reprint fee no later than May 15, 2026.
Please note: After May 15, 2026, replacement diplomas will no longer be available. The third-party records provider will not issue diplomas.
