Commencement Ceremony Details:
Siena Heights University will celebrate its graduate, SHU Global, and undergraduate programs at Commencement. The ceremony will be held Saturday May 9, 2026 at 2 pm on Siena Heights University’s campus in Adrian, Michigan.
The ceremony will be held in the Fieldhouse.

Eligibility:
- Students who graduated in August and December 2025, and those anticipating graduation in May 2026 are eligible for this commencement ceremony. If you have questions on your status, please reach out to your academic advisor.
- Students must have a balance under $2,000 participate in the commencement ceremony. If you need to set up a payment plan or have questions, please reach out to student financial services.
Event Day Timeline
More details for May 9th events will be posted mid-April.
9:00-10:00am – Baccalaureate Mass
10:30-11:30am – Kente Ceremony
11:00am-1:00pm Graduation Reception at the University Center
12:00pm - Graduate check-in opens, tables stationed in Benincasa
1:00pm – Seating area opens for the 2:00pm ceremony
1:30pm - Graduates must be in line inside Benincasa
1:50pm – Procession begins from Benincasa to Field house
2:00pm – Commencement Ceremony (5pm approx. end time)
