The Organizational Leadership M.A. program is intended for individuals who have five or more years of professional work experience.
The focus of the program is the personal and professional development of the individual as a facilitator and manager of change in self, others, and organizations. These skills are becoming increasingly critical as organizations seek to remain relevant and competitive in a rapidly changing world.
The curriculum incorporates multidisciplinary concepts from the social sciences, business and communications.
