Siena Heights University, one of the top small colleges in Michigan, continues to enhance the student experience by maintaining a campus that offers resources and experiences through new building, beautification, and renovation. The Spencer Performing Arts Center completed in 2018 includes a new theater, music hall and band room. Followed in 2019, by the renovation of the historic St. Joseph Academy building donated by the Adrian Dominican Sisters to Siena Heights University to house programs of Nursing and Education and named the McLaughlin Health Building.
In continuation of the green space beautification near the Spencer Performing Arts Center, new Chaos Series Sculptures were installed in September 2020. Fundraising continues for the upgrades and improvements of the Christensen Memorial Softball Field. The Patricia A. Erickson Enrollment and Welcome Center was opened in fall 2020.
