Careful the wish you make… in this timeless musical by Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine. Drawing from the classic Brothers Grimm fairy tales, Into the Woods brings childhood favorites to life in a way never before imagined as the character’s stories twist and intertwine. This Tony, Grammy, and Drama Desk Award-winning musical has been a classic for 30 years and has seen multiple Broadway revivals. The universal themes, challenging music, and rich storytelling have made Into the Woods a favorite among professional and academic theaters around the world.

A tale for all ages, The Mighty Mikko introduces audiences to Fox, Mikko the woodsman, Kaarina the princess, and Worm the dragon who all share a story about kindness and love. This production will be performed by the students of The Child Drama Program at Siena Heights University, and designed and supported by Theatre Siena college students.

Dear Edwina Jr. follows Edwina Spoonapple: the quirky thirteen-year-old who is the creator and star of The Dear Edwina Show. Edwina releases a weekly episode called the “Advice-a-Palooza” where she reads letters from people all over the world who ask her for advice. She and her friends from Paw Paw, Michigan perform extravagant and catchy musical numbers in hopes of delivering the best advice they can. Edwina and her friends learn about life skills like setting the table, trying new foods, healthy spending habits, and making new friends. This musical highlights the joy of growing up while reminding audiences that the biggest prize in life is the relationships people build with one another.

Often considered the greatest play ever written, Hamlet tells the story of love, murder, and revenge. When the ghost of the King of Denmark tells his son Hamlet to avenge his murder by killing the new king, Hamlet’s uncle, Hamlet feigns madness, contemplates life, death and seeks revenge.

Come along and listen to the lullaby of Broadway. 42nd Street celebrates Broadway, Times Square, and the magic of show biz with wit, humor, and pizzazz. At the height of the Great Depression, aspiring chorus girl Peggy Sawyer comes to the big city from Allentown, PA, and soon lands her first big job in the ensemble of a glitzy new Broadway show. Just before opening night, the leading lady breaks her ankle. Will Peggy be able to step in and become a star? The score is chock-full of Broadway standards, including “You’re Getting to Be a Habit With Me,” “Dames,” “We’re In the Money,” “Lullaby of Broadway,” “Shuffle Off to Buffalo” and “Forty-Second Street.”
