The SHU Campus community will be celebrating the beginning of our holiday season with a Christmas tree lighting ceremony on Thursday, November 3 at 4 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center (PAC) lobby.
Trees representing various programs and divisions on campus— even including the library—will be decorated that week and displayed for all to enjoy through the remainder of the semester. This event and subsequent display has been organized by the Siena Heights University administration as a way to bring about holiday cheer for the community.
All are welcome to attend our lighting ceremony, which will include hot chocolate and cookies, the SHU Brass Ensemble, and much merriment!
As the holiday season progresses, everyone is welcome to come see the trees in the PAC during regular business hours. The Christmas tree display will be positioned along the windows, as well, and everyone is welcome to take a winter walk through campus to see the trees!
