Theatre Siena invites audiences to experience one of William Shakespeare’s most powerful and haunting tragedies, Macbeth. Often referred to as “the Scottish Play” for its long-standing superstitions, this drama of ambition, fate, and moral collapse promises an intense and unforgettable night of theatre.
Directed by Mark DiPietro, Macbeth plunges audiences into a dark world where prophecy tempts, power corrupts, and the consequences of unchecked ambition spiral into chaos. This production highlights the emotional depth and psychological tension that have made the play a cornerstone of classical theatre for centuries.
