The Office of Student Financial Services assists all undergraduate and graduate students with issues relating to billing and financial aid, including:
- Filing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
- Completing financial aid paperwork
- Exploring alternative sources of funding
- Assists students in accessing their financial aid, account balances and online payment options on the Student Information System (MySiena portal)
- Refund disbursement to students with credit balances on their accounts
- Process and review student invoices for account accuracy
- Assistance with billing questions or difficulties
- Accepting cash or check payments toward a student’s account
- Resolving account and/or registration holds
- Works with students and/or companies to process third party billing vouchers
