Halo Fest is our massive end-of-year celebration! Kicking off with the Farewell Festival and running all the way through Cap Decorating, you won’t want to miss these final events of the year:
Sunday, April 26th: 🎪 FAREWELL FESTIVAL (Halo Fest Kickoff!)
This is one of our two last big staple events of the year! It’s time to celebrate the end of an amazing academic journey. Come hang out with your friends, make some final memories before finals week, and enjoy the massive festivities as we officially kick off Halo Fest week. 👉 Check out all the details at farewellfestival.com.
Monday, April 27th: 🍔 Community Cookout & Holi Color Toss
Time: 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM (Color Toss just after 5:00 PM) Get ready for food, fun, and a lot of color! Join us for a massive community cookout featuring a slip-n-slide. Make sure to be there right after 5:00 PM for the legendary Holi Color Toss—wear white and get ready to be covered in vibrant colors!
Tuesday, April 28th: 🍿 MJR Movie Night
Time: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM Movie tickets are on us! Catch any movie showing at the local MJR theater. We will be covering the cost of your ticket at the door for any showing during this timeframe, and a shuttle will be running from campus so you don’t even have to worry about driving.
Wednesday, April 29th: 🏆 The Shuspys & Casino Night
Time: 8:00 PM (Shuspys) | 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Casino Night) Dress to impress for Siena’s premier athletic awards night, The Shuspys, starting at 8:00 PM in the PAC Music Hall. Immediately following the awards, try your luck at our high-energy Casino Night from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM in the PAC Lobby!
Thursday, April 30th: 🏅 Student Leadership Award Luncheon
Time: 1:00 PM Join us as we celebrate and recognize the outstanding student leaders across campus for their hard work and dedication to the Siena Heights community this year.
Thursday, April 30th: 💜 Lavender Graduation Ceremony
Time: 5:30 PM Join us for our annual Lavender Graduation, a special ceremony that honors the achievements, contributions, and resilience of our LGBTQ+ graduating students and their allies. It is a beautiful community celebration right before the university-wide commencement.
Friday, May 1st: 📜 Honors Convocation
Time: 2:00 PM Celebrate the incredible academic achievements of our students at the annual Honors Convocation ceremony.
Friday, May 1st: 🔥 Torch Night / Commissioning Ceremony
Time: 6:00 PM A beautiful and long-standing Siena Heights tradition honoring our graduating seniors as they prepare to take their next steps.
Sunday, May 3rd: 🎶 Spring Concert “Siena, Hail to Thee”
Time: 6:30 PM Enjoy an evening of beautiful music and campus pride at the annual Spring Concert, “Siena, Hail to Thee.”
Monday, May 4th: 🥞 LATE NIGHT BREAKFAST & CARNIVAL
Our final big staple event of the year! Take a break from your late-night studying for one of our biggest traditions! Join us at the University Center for our classic Late Night Breakfast with a massive twist:
Reflect Inside: Enjoy our special scrapbook theme, grab some delicious food, and jump in the Photo Booth to capture your favorite moments from the year.
Make Final Memories Outside: Step outside into a full-blown carnival featuring a spectacular 40-foot Ferris wheel, thrilling amusement rides, and classic game trailers!
Tuesday, May 5th: 🎓 Cap Decorating (Halo Fest Finale!)
Time: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM Seniors, this one is for you! Grab some paint and art supplies provided by the HUB and join us to decorate your graduation caps as we wrap up Halo Fest and prepare for commencement.
