Key Responsibilities

Train Faculty and Staff on the use of computer software. |

|
Prepare training materials for all the programs that I do training in, such as eCollege, Turnitin, My Siena, Respondus, Windows XP, and the Microsoft Office products. |

|
Work with the eCollege program to help faculty design courses for Web Enhanced or Web Based instruction. |
|
|
Maintain the Computer Services and Systems Training Web pages. These pages contain information on working with eCollege, SMART Boards, Windows XP, Turnitin, Respondus, and the Microsoft Office products. It also contains a page of FAQs for the Computer Services and Systems Division. |

|
Teach Software for Educators, a course designed to train future educators on how to integrate computers into the classroom. |
|
|
Teach the course Educational Technology and Assistive Technology for Students with Disabilities, which is designed to train pre-service educators on how to integrate assistive technology and software into the special education or regular classroom. |
|
|
Teach Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007. This is an elective class that all students are allowed to take. |
|
|
Assist other members of the Computer Services and Systems Division in writing documentation for services provided by the division. This includes assisting with updating and formatting the documents for the Computer Services and Systems Division Web page. Coordinating the input of materials for training and services provides consistency in the documentation. |
