Teaching Statement
Each student presents a different challenge and, because of the small classes, it is possible to work individually with each student to develop his or her potential. Throughout the sequence of photography courses, the student is exposed to a wide range of techniques and approaches. He or she is encouraged to research ideas, take risks, and investigate more personal viewpoints. The goal is for each student to create a body of work that is well crafted, thematically coherent and reflective of unique identity.
