Counseling Center

The Siena Heights University Counseling Center promotes and fosters the academic, personal, and interpersonal development of Siena Heights University students by providing short-term individual, group, and relationship counseling, crisis intervention, consultation for faculty, staff, parents, and students, and educational programs for the campus community.

Counseling services are offered at no charge to University students. The staff of the Counseling Center is highly trained and committed to enhancing the academic mission of the University through a variety of activities.

All registered students are eligible to receive a free assessment and referral information. Students are also eligible for ongoing counseling, depending on the nature of the problem and the staff availability.

The Counseling Center is also a source of a wealth of self-help information, in the form of brochures, books, and other resources. A number of these self-help resources are available on-line from a variety of sites.
