Theatre Siena World Premiere Feb. 4-6

Creative Stages Youth Theater Program Presents “Rumplestiltskin’s Smarter Sister”

Theatre Siena at Siena Heights University will present the world premiere family-friendly youth theater production of “Rumplestiltskin’s Smarter Sister” Feb. 4-6 in Francoeur Theater.

The production is written and directed by SHU Associate Professor of Theatre and Creative Stage Director Dr. Kerry Graves. The whole family is invited into this wacky fairytale world to see what happens when our language starts to disappear! While many are unconcerned about the growing lack of interest in the “world of words,” a small group of characters begin to panic. What if our words start to disappear? What if people stop caring about the power of stories? Could we actually lose the ability to communicate face to face? Come join the fun and help answer these questions.

Curtain times are at 7 p.m. Feb 4 and Feb. 5, with a special 2 p.m. performance Feb. 6. Tickets are $8 for general admission, $6 for seniors and students.
