Black History Month Celebrated at Siena Heights

Events Scheduled for Feb. 20, Feb. 27 in Rueckert Auditorium

To celebrate Black History Month, Siena Heights University is hosting two on-campus events.

 

On Feb. 20, storyteller La’Ron Williams will speak at 9 p.m. in Rueckert Auditorium on the Adrian campus. Williams is one of the most well-respected storytellers. His stories entertain as well as teach life lessons.Laron-Williams.jpg

 

On Feb. 27, the all-women’s a cappella and percussion ensemble Voices of Africa visits campus at 9 p.m. in Rueckert Auditorium. Voices of Africa blends a cappella harmonies with West African percussions.

 

Both events are free and open to the public.
