"The Secret Garden" April 2-4

Theatre Siena Presenting Tony Award-Winning Musical in Francoeur Theatre

Theatre Siena will perform the Tony Award-winning musical “The Secret Garden” April 2-4 in Francoeur Theatre on the campus of Siena Heights University.

Director by SHU Professor of Theatre Doug Miller, “The Secret Garden” is a compelling tale of regeneration that includes a magic garden, flashbacks, ghosts, dream sequences and some of the most beautiful music ever written for Broadway. Orphaned in India, an 11-year-old girl returns to Yorkshire to live with an embittered, reclusive uncle in his mysterious mansion on the moors. This enchanting classic based on the novel by Frances Hodgson Burnett is a musical treasure for children and adults alike.

Show times are at 8 p.m. each evening, and tickets are $12 for adults, $8 for students.
