About Student Senate
Student Senate is very active on
Siena's campus, putting on programming and providing a forum at which
students can voice their ideas for the university. In addition,
the Senate is responsible for awarding money to organizations so that
they can put on activities for students to enjoy.
Among the activities that Senate
sponsors are blood drives (one each semester) and the popular Late Night
Breakfasts, a source of much needed stress-relief for students during
exam time.
The Senate meets every Sunday evening at 7:00 pm in
Ledwidge Ballroom.
Everyone is welcome to come and express their ideas, questions, or
concerns.
