Teaching Philosophy

“The reason that I chose teaching as a profession was because I am very aware that education can open up so many possibilities for positive change, on both the personal level and the societal level. Particular to the discipline of history, I believe that studying the past can inspire goals for the future. Stories of activism and perseverance may serve as models for future leaders.”
