Teaching Philosophy

It is my responsibility to teach students with the optimistic hope that their competency level increases. Teaching to the average student excludes both below-average and above-average students. I constantly search for ways to include all students. My flexibility in modes of teaching is part of my success. The goal is for all students to be competent in their knowledge of course materials and English Program learning outcomes. Ultimately I aim to infect students with the joy of knowledge.
