Exciting news for Board Certificants! Increase the value of your Board Certification with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Massage Therapy from Siena Heights University.
As a board certificant, you will receive 33 college credits with proof of current board certification. A 45-credit major in Massage Therapy is established through proof of your Board Certification and completing 12 credits of your cognate/major-related study at Siena Heights. The 12 credits are completed within your overall Siena residency, and are designed to assist you with the business/human relations aspects of a successful massage career.
You can transfer in up to 90 credits toward the 120 credits required to achieve your bachelor degree from Siena. After thorough review of your transfer credit from a Siena Heights advisor, you may need only 10 courses (or 30 credits) to fulfill bachelor degree requirements. A minimum of 60 credits is required to enroll in the program.
Siena Heights University offers upper-division courses in areas such as leadership and management, organizational behavior, marketing, health care management, professional communication, social science, liberal arts, and more. Students must fulfill liberal arts requirements in additional to completing their Massage Therapy major requirements.
Credit is awarded in accordance with policies established for the Bachelor of Applied Science degree program.
