The Nuclear Power Administration program is intended for individuals who are formally employed by nuclear power plants. The focus of the program is the personal and professional development of the individual as a facilitator, supervisor, and director, training instructor, project manager or upper level executive. These competencies are becoming increasingly critical as organizations seek to remain relevant and competitive in a rapidly changing world. The curriculum incorporates multidisciplinary concepts from the social sciences, business communications, and education. In addition, the curriculum incorporates multidisciplinary concepts specific to the nuclear power industry.
